  • Accessories, Doors & Drawers, Burners, and All Refrigeration units.

We strive to display product colors, features, specifications, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur. Product availability is subject to change.

3.2 Custom and Built-In Products

Important Notice:

Our Built-In Appliances (including grills, pizza ovens, and smokers) and any Special Order or Custom-Configured Items are designed for specific integration and are considered FINAL SALE. These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective. This policy respects the bespoke nature and installation requirements of these premium products.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send a shipment confirmation email.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our headquarters in Oklahoma City, USA.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Accepted payment methods include:

Payment is charged at the moment the order is placed. Your card statement will show a charge from “Grill Collection.”

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our full Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

  • Eligibility: Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Built-In Appliances, Custom Items, Opened/Used Products, and Clearance items are final sale (exceptions for damage/defects).
  • Process: Contact [email protected] within the timeframe to receive an RMA number. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approved return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange a resolution at our expense.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Grill Collection or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
