Turn your favorite Napoleon gas grill into a Charcoal grill and smoker for enhanced food flavor. Add the flavor of charcoal in combination with your favorite wood chips using your gas grill. Lights quickly and conveniently with your bottom gas burner. Just remove your grids and sear plates, rest charcoal tray on burners, add charcoal and replace cooking grids.
