Where do you ship from, and how long does processing take?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma City, USA (1961 Ruckman Road). Our team meticulously checks and packs every order within 1-2 business days of you placing it.

Are the prices on the website final?
The prices displayed are the final product prices. At checkout, the $12.95 shipping fee will be added for orders under $50 if you select Standard Shipping. Orders over $50 qualify for Free Shipping via EMS. No hidden fees.

We stand behind the quality of every product. If an item isn’t perfect for your project, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and original packaging. Please contact our customer care team to start the return process and receive instructions.

For items that are defective or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label. For returns due to change of mind or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
